Spanish homebuilder Taylor Wimpey España confirms that it has experienced “an influx of interest” for the Costa Blanca region, prompting the launch of its newest phase of development at the Brisas de Alenda Golf residential complex in Elche, Alicante.  

Taylor Wimpey Espana, comments, “Not only are more people visiting Spain but many are now being wooed by its charm and staying longer than before. The Costa Blanca continues to be an extremely popular area for prospective buyers, with many making a number of visits before final decisions are made on property.”

Leading Spanish homebuilder Taylor Wimpey España have certainly experienced an influx of interest for the Costa Blanca region and have this week launched their newest phase of development at the Brisas de Alenda Golf residential complex in Elche, Alicante.

Taylor Wimpey España, a leading Spanish home-builder, has also noticed a connection between the rise in visitor numbers to the country and an increase in foreign demand.

Sales and marketing director of Spanish homebuilder, Taylor Wimpey España, told OPP.Today: “The demand from tourists to Spain wanting to buy property there is increasing, as statistics from the National Statistics Institute reveal a correlation between the top nationalities visiting the country and the top nationalities purchasing property.”

THE PROPERTY GROUP owned by  Farmers Business Developments (FBD) expects buyers from the UK, Scandinavia and Belgium to snap up most of the properties it plans to build at a resort in Spain.
