Taylor Wimpey España is venturing into the post-pandemic market for luxury housing in Spain as sources from the company explain, “because tourists come to our shores, and with them the demand for new residential homes.”
The property developer is going to make its first foray into the coast in Cádiz, with a new development comprising 4 homes in Sotogrande (San Roque, Cádiz), in which it will invest €4.8 million. The homes, which will span 269 m2 will have a starting price of €1,365,000 + VAT.
