Taylor Wimpey Espana: Figures from the Spanish Registrar’s Association show that expat demand is doing much to bolster the Spanish property market. There were more than 110,000 sales during the last three months of 2017 – the highest number for that period for three years. Of those, 2,384 were home purchases made by Brits. Over the course of the full year, British buyers purchased 9,114 Spanish properties.
Key-ready homes are particularly attractive to buyers with children at this time of year, according to leading Spanish home builder Taylor Wimpey Espana, as they can be used straight away for family holidays. The company is currently offering a range of key ready homes that are attuned to British buyers’ preferences.
