Final homes remain at Taylor Wimpey developments in Estepona and Mallorca
Taylor Wimpey España has two homes left at Sunny Golf in Estepona and Es Voltor in Mallorca, with prices starting at €390,000 plus VAT.
Taylor Wimpey España says its Sunny Golf development in Estepona and Es Voltor scheme in Esporles, Mallorca, are each down to their final two homes following demand from Spanish, British and other international buyers.
The developer said the remaining properties at both schemes are key-ready, meaning they are ready for buyers to move into. Sunny Golf, on the Costa del Sol, has two apartments remaining, while Es Voltor in Mallorca has two townhouses still for sale.

Prices start from €390,000 plus VAT, according to Taylor Wimpey España. The apartments have open-plan kitchen, dining and living spaces, as well as private gardens intended to provide room for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The south-west-facing homes overlook the golf course and form part of a private gated development with communal gardens and a swimming pool.
At Es Voltor in Esporles, Mallorca, the last two homes are three-bedroom townhouses priced from €865,000 plus VAT. One of the properties is available fully furnished.
The 13-home development is located in the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains. The remaining townhouses have south-west-facing terraces and private gardens, while residents also have access to a communal swimming pool.
Taylor Wimpey España said the homes have an A energy-efficiency rating and include air conditioning, underfloor heating, solar thermal panels and aerothermy.
British buyers among the largest groups at both developments
At Sunny Golf, buyers have come from 18 nationalities, with Britons identified as the second-largest buyer group. British purchasers are also the second-largest group at Es Voltor, according to the company.
The developer said Es Voltor has additionally proved popular with German and Spanish buyers.
Marc Pritchard, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey España, said the company had seen buyers from around the world attracted by Spain’s culture, landscape and gastronomy, as well as its Mediterranean lifestyle.
