Two new Spanish schemes target investors
Spanish home builder Taylor Wimpey Espana has revealed two new schemes.
The new developments, one in Manilva in the Costa del Sol and the other in central Palma, Mallorca, highlight the demand for diverse property options from those buying homes in Spain.
In Bahia de las Rocas, Manilva, the firm has revealed plans for a new residential development between Punta Paloma and Sotogrande.
The new development – named Grand Bay – will consist of two- and three-bedroom apartments in a private community, with shared pools, a multi-purpose community space and extensive gardens.
The €63 million investment will deliver a total of 153 properties, with many homes enjoying sea views, all rated ‘A’ for their energy efficiency.
Grand Bay’s apartments will face southeast or southwest.
Each has an outdoor terrace, with some apartments also featuring a garden or solarium, providing buyers with plenty of choice, including penthouse apartments with lovely solarium terraces.
Each apartment at Grand Bay will come with its own underground parking space, storeroom and pre-installation for EV charging points.
In the heart of Mallorca’s capital city, Palma, Cor 39 deliver 12 beautifully light and airy apartments and one retail unit, representing an investment of €8.8 million.
The sophisticated, comfortable homes are in one of the most sought-after areas of the city, less than 300 metres from the Old Town and Las Avenidas de Palma, and 500 metres from El Corte Inglés.
The location puts the services, shops, restaurants and cultural activities of Palma within reach, as well as being just a 10-minute drive from the airport.
The apartments offer a variety of designs, with either two or three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Open plan kitchen/living/dining areas create a modern, inviting space for family life.
Each apartment also provides a spacious terrace, balcony or private solarium, making the homes true urban oases in the heart of Palma.
Parking spaces are available as optional extras, with preinstallation for an EV charging point and a storeroom in the basement.
The homes are rated A for their energy efficiency.
The Sales and Marketing Director, says: “We are delighted to launch two very different but equally superb new developments, furnishing buyers with an exceptional degree of choice when it comes to owning a new fulltime residence, second home or investment property.
“From over 65 years of providing homes for both local and international buyers, we understand deeply the diversity of demand for residences here in Spain.
“From homes surrounded by nature to those in the centre of the urban hustle and bustle, buyers can find the perfect property to suit a wide range of needs at Grand Bay and Cor 39.”
