Taylor Wimpey present at the Second Home International Fair at Utrecht in Holland
Continuing with our constant presence in the Europeans Markets, we joined forces with our exclusive Dutch partner Frans Mulder, to be present at the most important exhibition in Holland; the Utrecht – October International Fair.
For this event we had an impressive 50 squares meter stand totally decorated with Frans Mulder and Taylor Wimpey brands.
We had some very special offers such as fully furnished apartments for 208.000€ at our Cala d’Or development, and also at Las Encinas in Costa del Sol with a penthouse going for the price of 215.000€.
Most of the interest remained in Costa Blanca –traditional destination for Dutch people-, though the amount of clients that enquired about our top quality apartments on the Costa del Sol was also surprising.
The total number of visitors over the 3 days was 7,500, and we have already reserved for the next show talking place from 26 to 28 March 2010, as all the best spaces were already being booked.
