International property sales in Spain rise
One developer operating in the Spanish market has reported a rise in the number of sales to international buyers. Taylor Wimpey de España revealed that during the first eight months of this year, it saw transactions to overseas investors increase by eight per cent, on the year to date. According to the firm, it also received a significant rise in the number of enquiries about properties in Spain, with a 70 per cent boost in the first half of the year, compared to the same period in 2010.
