Fyndjakt på Costa del Sol

Leading Spanish home builder Taylor Wimpey España has flagged up the Costa del Sol as the ideal place for second home bargain hunters.

While budget-conscious buyers have traditionally flocked to the Costa Blanca – where townhouses such as those at Kiruna Residencial cost from as little as €178,000 plus VAT for three bedrooms – a number of price reductions are now drawing buyers along the coast to the Costa del Sol instead.
