Costa del Sol witnessing foreign buyer resurgence

The Costa del Sol real estate market is experiencing a resurgence in overseas buyer interest, according to one expert. Taylor Wimpey Espana claims foreign investors are now as important to the Spanish property sector as they were during the 2006 peak and, thanks to year round sunshine, the Costa del Sol is topping the list when it comes to international buyers.
