Spanish Property Rises by 5.3%

According to the Spanish National Statistics Institute (INE) the sale of Spanish homes rose by 5.3% in April, up from the same month in 2013, to a total of 24,968 sales.

Alicante in particular has shown a strong recovery from turbulent economic times over the first quarter of this year, according to a report by the Spanish Development Ministry.
