An Irish firm is targeting wealthy Brits with a €40m development at this Spanish resort

THE PROPERTY GROUP owned by  Farmers Business Developments (FBD) expects buyers from the UK, Scandinavia and Belgium to snap up most of the properties it plans to build at a resort in Spain. FBD to spend €40m on Spanish development

The development is being run as a joint venture with Taylor Wimpey Spain. Construction of the new development called ‚Horizon Golf‘ will begin this month, with the first units to be handed over in 2017. Sales of the units will be launched later this year. http://www.independent.ie/business/
