Fund Raising Challenge 2019 – Taylor Wimpey España
The 2019 Challenge is a fundraising event for two charities (50% each): Youth Adventure Trust and DEBRA, The Butterfly Children Charity
The Taylor Wimpey de España Team is committed to work together to raise as much money as possible, as well as to face a true test of tenacity and effort by climbing in Brecon Beacons, Wales.
“Youth Adventure Trust” works with vulnerable young people from 11 to 14 years old. Their personal circumstances make it difficult for them to make decisions that will affect the rest of their lives. The three-year school program uses outdoor adventure to inspire them and give them the hope, confidence and skills to meet their personal challenges and exceed their expectations.
DEBRA, The Butterfly Children Charity, is a non-profit national association charity for people affected by Epidermolysis bullosa or EB. EB is a rare condition with no cure that causes an extreme fragility of the skin. They started in Spain in 1993 and work to improve the quality of life for people with EB.
