In terms of nationalities, Russian buyers snapped up the most homes at La Vila Paradis, accounting for 21% of total sales. They were followed by Belgians (16%), Norwegians (13%), Spaniards (10%), Swedes (10%) and a selection of other nationalities. British buyers accounted for 5% of the total sales.
