Menéndez succeeds Javier Ballester, who is retiring after an outstanding career of more than 43 years in the company, including over 30 as Director General, during which time he architected the consolidation and strengthening of the business in key areas such as the Balearic Islands, the Costa Blanca and the Costa del Sol. Juan Diego Menéndez brings extensive experience and knowledge of the sector and of Taylor Wimpey Spain, a company he joined in 2001 as Financial Director. Since 2020 he has been the Regional Director of the Balearic Islands, leading the growth and consolidation of the company in one of its key areas. Menéndez’s extensive experience in financial management, deep knowledge of the real estate sector and commitment to the company’s valuesposition him as the ideal leader to continue his predecessor’s legacy of success and face the future challenges of the sector. |
