Costa Blanca Sales Surge

Costa Blanca’s Public Works Department reports a 32% increase in property sales to foreign buyers and one local builder is touting a 57% increase in sales in 2012 over the previous year. One new beachside apartment complex that is attracting the attention of people shopping for vacation spots and second homes features a pool and private gardens with units starting at €249,000 each.
