Taylor Wimpey Espana (the company merged with George Wimpey in 2007) is a brand well known to British buyers and is seen as safe, even though almost all of its sales are off plan. Although fincas or farmhouses in the interior of Mallorca are very popular with British buyers, TWE builds only on the coast and it builds only apartments.
