Mallorca is 5th in the TOP 10 places to invest in property.

It is true that on a global level these are financially difficult times. However, although the crisis has hit the property sector, it remains an area that generates security and confidence in investors.

In 2009 prices have fallen and investors are beginning to analyse the best places to make their movements. The « Financial Times » has selected a list of 10 places , that are considered the best in terms of security and financial stability, infrastructure, accessibility, amenities and, above all, good growth projection. Mallorca features on the list and is the island where Taylor Wimpey España has its central offices and where it is currently developing various projects.

Mallorca is in fifth place on the TOP 10 of ideal places to invest in 2009.. The period of recession has not affected the island, among other reasons because of the balance that exists between supply and demand, the lack of available land, strict controls on urban development and continued purchases by overseas and domestic clients.
