Spain is not ‘in pain’ as foreign buyers move in

Indeed, in line with the General Council of Notaries’ data, we at Taylor Wimpey España enjoyed an overall 31 per cent increase in sales to foreign buyers in 2012. The number of Russian buyers was up 27 per cent, the number of British buyers rose 24 per cent and the number Scandinavian buyers rose by a massive 311 per cent!
