Taylor Wimpey España launches new Marbella development in response to strong demand

Leading Spanish home builder Taylor Wimpey España has launched a new development – called Mare – just a four-minute stroll from the seafront in Marbella. The launch comes as the firm reveals that all but seven homes at its nearby development Terra have sold out within nine months.

The development, which represents an investment of €52 million into the area by Taylor Wimpey España, will provide spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with substantial four-bedroom penthouses. The homes are just a four-minute walk from the seafront promenade and three minutes from the ancient part of San Pedro de Alcántara.

Properties at Mare will be constructed in compliance with the regulations contained in the new Technical Building Code (CTE), positioning the homes are at the forefront of the market and providing the highest levels of energy efficiency. In addition to the apartments, the development will include a large communal pool and gardens for owners to relax in.
