Stay at Home

Given the extraordinary situation we are experiencing, due to the expansion of COVID-19 and the activation by the Government of Spain of the “State of alarm”, Taylor Wimpey de España SAU is introducing measures to comply with the guidance that has been provided and help curb the spread of the virus.

Since the beginning of the crisis, all necessary measures have been taken to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers and business partners, including implementing flexible teleworking for those who can do so. Some of our people are also having to take annual leave to take care of relatives or children and we have supported this decision.

Following the most recent instructions of the Government of Spain, we are now subject to restrictions on the movement and assembly of people. It is therefore necessary for us to take measures related to our offices and for this reason, from March 16, 2020, all our offices are now closed to the public. This includes our sales offices on our developments.

We know that during this period it is more important than ever to take care of and support our Customers while maintaining regular and clear communication. For this reason, we would like to assure you that we continue to be available to support you, either through your customer service advisor or directly through the following channels. We will try and answer all enquiries as quickly as possible.

Customer Service:
• Phone: +34 971 706 857
• Email: [email protected]

Sales:
• Freephone Spain;  900 130 044             Worldwide: +34 971 706 835
• Email: [email protected]

From Taylor Wimpey de España SAU we want to reiterate our commitment to our employees, customers, and society as a whole, calling for individual responsibility and collective solidarity in order to protect the health of all. We hope that this situation will be resolved as soon as possible.

These measures will be adjusted to accommodate any change in the decisions that are adopted by the State health authorities or the Autonomous Communities in the different work centres. We will continue to report on any new developments as they happen.
