People considering golf holidays in Spain have been advised that Mallorca should not be overlooked. And now is the perfect time to head to the Balearics, according to the Spanish Tourism Office.
Carmen Hernandez Gomez, a market analyst at the organisation, explained that there are some great flight options for jetting off to the holiday villas in Mallorca.
“It sure is a great moment, with direct flights from London, Manchester and other airports, the Balearics are the perfect spot for a short break,” she advised. “In Mallorca try golf at any of its 23 golf courses,” said Ms Gomez, adding that there is a lot of culture on offer at the island’s capital Palma.
Monarch Airlines recently revealed that its flights to Palma, the Balearics’ capital, were among its most popular routes during September, with its services achieving a passenger load factor of 95.31 percent.
