BH Mallorca assembles for 2016 season

Ibiza might be the illustrious Balearic isle blasted with the limelight in the global clubbing realm, but some 100 miles to the east lies one of her sister islands that holds its own position as a clubbers hotspot. Mallorca, which draws partyphiles in their thousands every year, has big things headed its way this summer at the island’s only open-air festival venue BH Mallorca.

The all-in-one party hotel, home to the world’s first adult water park, made its debut last summer and put onto the STAGE outdoor arena a muscle packed list of some of the planet’s biggest DJs who are no strangers to festival line-ups. Needless to say, it did everything it set out to do in revolutionising Mallorca’s club scene and is back for 2016 on a mission to outdo itself.

Loaded with a state of the art sound system and cutting edge production, the first name out the bag is Dim Mak boss and king of the cake smash Steve Aoki, who’ll be taking to the stage at the opening on 16th June and later in the season on 2nd August, with a Neon Future party. 21st June is the turn of the award winning, multi-million single and album selling, chart storming vocal star Jess Glyne. French EDM giant David Guetta will be at the helm of the action on 7th August and 25th August will see in Dutch sensation Martin Garrix.

Consider crashing BH Mallorca all day – put the fear into yourself at the water park with its nine white knuckle slides or ease yourself in for the long haul with a daytime, sun-loaded sesh at the Beach Club. Plenty of options and they’re all well worth a shout.
