Leading Spanish home builder\u00a0Taylor Wimpey Espa\u00f1a<\/a>\u00a0has announced that it will launch five new developments during the first quarter of 2021, in a move that signals the company\u2019s confidence in the long-term appeal of Spanish second homes. The new launches will complement the rich variety of key-ready homes that Taylor Wimpey Espa\u00f1a already offers in Mallorca, the Costa Blanca and the Costa del Sol.

\u201cWe\u2019ve seen plenty of interest in Spanish second homes during 2020, despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Many buyers are waiting out the travel and lifestyle restrictions and spending this time planning their property purchase. We\u2019re going to be fully prepared when that pent-up demand is suddenly released in 2021.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>
