Penthouses at La Floresta Sur<\/a>, in Elviria, are available for 5% less than their usual price, now starting from \u20ac370,000 plus VAT. Apartments in the same development are now available from \u20ac222,000 plus VAT. Summer special offers of 8%, meanwhile, have been applied to the company’s three-bedroom apartments at Botanic<\/a>, in Benahavis (prices from \u20ac355,000 plus VAT), and to the three-bedroom townhouses at Horizon Golf<\/a>, at La Cala Golf in Mijas (available from \u20ac399,000 plus VAT).<\/p>\n

“We have applied special offers to a selection of key-ready homes in order to help buyers achieve their dream of owning a Spanish holiday home in time for the summer season. This is our busiest time of year, so we expect these properties to sell fast, particularly given the Costa del Sol’s continuing popularity.”<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
