Alternatively, fill hungry bellies there and then with an array of tasty tapas, paella, moreish churros and delicious ice cream.<\/p>\n<p>One highlight of the fiesta will be the Colour Lab, headed up by Oxford Psychologist, Professor Charles Spence. It&#8217;s a free wine tasting experience like no other and participants will be taken on a sensory journey, discovering the effects of sound, colour and light on the taste of wine.<\/p>\n<p>Another must is to join a blending class where visitors can pound grapes for an hour, adding in spices and juices as they go. At the end all that hard work will be worth it as guests will end up with their very own personalised bottle of wine!<\/p>\n<p>While all of this is going on, renowned Spanish artists, Remed and Okuda, will be showcasing their talents and treating visitors to a show of live art.
