It may only be 10 weeks until Christmas but it seems the sunshine holiday season remains in full flow with 1.15 million Britons predicted to take a break overseas in the next 8 weeks.<\/p>\n

Spain in particular, just 2 hours flying time from the UK, looks set to be the favourite destination, continuing the trend seen over the summer months where the Costas and Balearic Islands saw a massive return of British holidaymakers in 2013.<\/p>\n

Indeed, official figures from Spain’s Ministry of Tourism showed a 6.6% leap in the number of British visitors to Spanish shores in August this year alone.<\/p>\n

Not only are tourists lured by the promise of year round sunshine, they will also enjoy lower off peak prices, fewer crowds and added spending power as the Pound hits a 9-month high against the Euro.<\/p>\n
