Communications are excellent, both by road, by air or by TRAM and the Altet International Airport (Alicante) is only 40 minutes away.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Villajoyosa<\/strong> on the Costa Blanca and historical capital of the Marina Baixa, is a traditional fishing town much admired by the tourism. The port and the seaside promenade have a special charm, and the brightly coloured facades of the houses are a special highlight.<\/p>\n<p>In the Historic and Artistic centre of the villa, we can find the renaissance walls and the fortified Gothic Levantine church of l&#8217;Assumpci\u00f3, as well as several towers and the chocolate museum.<\/p>\n<p>Villajoyosa boasts extensive beaches, the famous Moors and Christian\u2019s festivities, and a succulent local cuisine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Villajoyosa<\/strong> has 13 beaches, but the <strong>Playa Paraiso beach<\/strong>, with a length of 1,060 m, can be found right at the foot of our development. El Paraiso beach has been awarded with a Blue Flag and has access for the handicapped.
