The\u00a0UNESCO World Heritage Committee comprises representatives of 21 countries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/taylorwimpeyspain.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/recorta-php.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1751\" title=\"Mallorca celebrates new UNESCO heritage site 2\" src=\"http:\/\/taylorwimpeyspain.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/recorta-php.jpg\" alt=\"Mallorca celebrates new UNESCO heritage site 2\" width=\"530\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Cultural Landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana\u00a0 <\/strong> located on a sheer-sided mountain range parallel to the north-western coast of the island of Mallorca. Millennia of agriculture in an environment with scarce resources has transformed the terrain and displays an articulated network of devices for the management of water revolving around farming units of feudal origins.
