Aint Nothin’ But… in collaboration with the Mijas Town Council Foreigners Department, present the 5th Mijas Blues Festival. It is back to its original and best format; as a stand-alone FREE Festival, to be held in the main Plaza of the beautiful hillside village of Mijas, Malaga in Southern Spain, 4th – 5th of June.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Aint<\/a><\/p>\n

The Festival will be held over 2 days this year, with food & drink readily available in the Plaza and in the many surrounding bars & restaurants.<\/p>\n

The Mijas Blues Festival is a continuation of the work carried out by the Ain’t Nothin’ But…Blues Bar in London.<\/p>\n

After years of talking with the local council, we finally persuaded them to give it a chance! Right from the start, the anticipation was immense and the realisation of the festival has proven to be the most popular attraction on the coast, attracting people from around Europe to this beautiful village.<\/p>\n

The festival has provided the opportunity to take promoting The Blues to another level, and attract major artists from around the world.
\nThis has already been proved by flying in Blues artists & bands solely to play at our festival.<\/p>\n

Mijas was carefully chosen for its laid back atmosphere and its open attitude. The town comes alive during the festival as locals and tourists alike enjoy the four days of fun, sun and exceptional music.<\/p>\n
