Buyers at Almazara Boutique Residences \u2013 a collection of townhouses, apartments and penthouses \u2013 are generally between 30 and 59 years old and married, according to Taylor Wimpey Espa\u00f1a\u2019s data. Altogether, the development has attracted buyers of 25 nationalities, with Britons and then Spaniards leading the charge.
