The firm has already seen a notable focus on this during 2024, with interest tipped to grow further during the coming year.<br><br>\u201cWith increasing awareness of climate change,\u201d comments Sales and Marketing Director Marc Pritchard, \u201cdemand for sustainable and green buildings is skyrocketing. Buyers are asking about energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, renewable energy sources and sustainable building materials.\u201d<br><br>Nor is it just buyers who are focused on properties\u2019 eco-credentials, as Pritchard explains:<br>\u201cGovernments and developers are likely to push for stricter environmental regulations in 2025 and beyond. For many families, this presents the ideal balance between space, location and price.\u00a0<br><br>The secondary markets are particularly well suited to remote and hybrid workers, whose need for homes with dedicated office space, fast internet and proximity to nature for their leisure time continues to shape the market.
