New figures from leading Spanish homebuilder\u00a0Taylor Wimpey Espa\u00f1a<\/a>\u00a0have revealed a 22% jump in reservations by British buyers (Q1 2024, year to date). British buyers show a clear preference for homes in the Costa del Sol, with the majority purchasing a Spanish home when aged between 45 and 59 years old. The Q1 2024 data also show that British buyers have a particularly strong appetite for apartments, rather than townhouses.

This is consistent with long-term trends. We have been selling homes in Spain to British (and other) buyers for more than 65 years and the sunshine, affordability, golf and beaches of the Costa del Sol have been a winning combination for decades.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>
