Taylor Wimpey had the honour of presenting marvellous projects, such as Le Caprice, Royal Banus, La Floresta and Botanic; to the attendants of EXPO Costa del Sol on 30 May 2019, when the EXPO Business Day took place. The real estate company also held 5 different stands in which individual doubts or comments could be shared after the networking breakfast. Afterwards, the hosts asked for an exclusive interview with a representative of the brand to provide with further information to those interested in investing in the Costa del Sol market.
Taylor Wimpey started over 100 years ago in the British market and the outstanding delivery of the company has positioned it as one of the best real estate builders and promoters. In 1958, the developers decided to expand toward the Spanish market, where they have successfully provided safe and healthy properties to their customers, especially in Islas Baleares, Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol.

Taylor Wimpey presented four different and remarkable projects at the EXPO Costa del Sol and explained the importance of defending the accomplishments already earned in terms of lifestyle without losing the goal of making them sustainable enough to properly enjoy them in the future.
Le Caprice
The project located at the Westin La Quinta Golf Resort & Spa, Benahavis, consists of three elegant buildings that host 14 homes in which the natural light, the spacious ground floor, small details, as well as the golf and Mediterranean coastline views define these homes as a privilege not everyone can enjoy.
In addition to all the high-quality finishing, amazing fittings and kitchen appliances, the property has complete access to outstanding and exclusive social areas. In addition to all the comfort and luxuries of a modern home, the designers took the most advantage out of the social areas, providing the complete environment with sophisticated and exclusive details for their residents, such as wooden pool skimmers or modern gardens.
The exclusive project with only 24 homes will be delivered in the third trimester of this year, and, because of its outstanding location in Puerto Banús, it is expected to be sold out very soon.
La Floresta
Another project presented at the EXPO Costa del Sol is the residential complex La Floresta, located near Marbella, less than 5 miles away from Elviria beach. The surroundings of the incredible development have been declared Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO because of the abundant cork and pine forests that provide the beautiful green views beyond the windows of these homes.
These marvellous three-bedroom apartments are currently on sale and they will be delivered in July 2019.
Botanic
This is a unique 92-home project, created under the concept of ecology, sustainability and bioclimatic architecture.
