2017 was an excellent year for leading Spanish housebuilder Taylor Wimpey España, stating that the Spanish market remains ‘strong’ in their trading statement for the year ended 31 December 2017.
The company has seen continued growth in the Spanish housing market with a total order book standing at 329 homes at the end of the year.
This represents a 12.3% increase on the equivalent period in 2016 (293 homes) with the housebuilder, which celebrates its 60th year of operation in 2018, expecting the business to report a significant improved operating profit* in 2017 (FY 2016: £20.6 million operating profit*).
