‘Taste Palma!’ is a food festival that celebrates the local produce and cuisine of Mallorca. Over 30 restaurants in Palma are participating. Lunch and dinner menus are available and are priced at €15 and €25.
Visitors lucky enough to be in Palma in the middle of this month are in for a gastronomic treat as 34 restaurants in the city have gathered together under the banner of ‘Taste Palma’ (Saborea Palma) to offer special meals at economic prices. The menus will cost €15 and €25 and will be available at both lunch and dinner times from 14th to 20th May.
It forms part of the ‘Tourism and Gastronomy Week’ organised by the Balearics’ tourist authorities and the hostelry school which also features a forum on the 15th when four chefs with Michelin stars from the Balearics – Tomeu Caldentey, Fernando Pérez, Macarena de Castro and Thomas Kahl will take part – all under the watchful eye of Marc Fosh.
