Those who are travelling to Costa del Sol and other parts of Andalusia after landing at the Malaga Airport, the new suburban train station- outside the new Terminal T3 is now fully operation with service to different destinations.
Malaga airport train service, which operates in every 30 minutes, links the city centre and the resorts of Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol and the Malaga city main station which is connected to many cities of Spain.
The new train station is situated underground; you need to take the lift from arrivals then to the Malaga airport departures. And from the airport parking area, you can see the sign indicating the train station.
You need to buy your ticket from the vending machine before moving towards the platform. From there you will find a train every half an hour to Malaga and Fuengirola station running in the opposite direction.
