THE average rent for an apartment on the beach front in Torrevieja has risen by 23 per cent, compared to prices in 2014.
According to the annual report of an appraisal company with nearly 50 offices spread throughout Spain, the average weekly rent of front line properties in Spain this summer was up seven per cent over the high season last year, reaching an average €595 a week compared to €552 in 2014.
