Due to be held on Saturday April 21st and Sunday April 22nd this year, the event acts as a popular showcase for the wine industry of Mallorca and the rest of the Balearic Islands.
Visitors will have a chance to taste a variety of wines from the region and purchase their favourites, with special discussions and exhibitions also taking place over the two days.
Previous editions of the fair have seen almost 40 exhibitors take part, so travellers can expect a similar number of wine producers offering a diverse range of bottles at this year’s edition.
The event is held in the centre of Pollenca, in Santo Domingo’s Cloister. There is a small entrance fee that enables guests to try all of the wines on display.
Pollenca is located in the northern corner of Majorca, about six kilometres west of Port de Pollenca. The historic town can be reached in about 45 minutes by car from Palma.
