Taylor Wimpey España launches new A-rated homes at Costa del Sol’s La Cala Golf Resort

Figures from Spain’s Association of Registrars (Colegio Registradores) show that foreign buyers accounted for 14.31% of homes purchased in Andalusia during the third quarter of 2024. Spain’s combination of stable investment prospects and lifestyle benefits is driving keen interest in home ownership in the autonomous community, according to Marc Pritchard, Sales and Marketing Director, Taylor Wimpey España:

House prices in Andalusia rose by 6.0% during the year to Q3 2024, while the volume of sales was higher than in any of Spain’s autonomous communities, with 32,554 homes sold, accounting for 19.85% of total market share.


Foreigners bought 14% of homes in Andalusia during Q3 2024

Over the past two years, Britons have accounted for 24% of total reservations of Taylor Wimpey España’s homes at La Cala, followed by buyers from the Netherlands and Poland (at 14% each).

Homes at The Meadows are priced from €620,000 plus VAT. They are due for completion in October 2026, providing buyers with the opportunity to lock in their purchase price now, ahead of future anticipated price rises in Andalusia.
