The Kyero 2025 Annual Buyer Survey has revealed that 89% of buyers seeking property in Spain plan to spend under €500,000. The figures are mirrored by on-the-ground data from leading Spanish homebuilder Taylor Wimpey España, which reveals that British property buyers spent an average of €490,000 over the course of 2024 and the first seven months of 2025. Kyero’s data further shows that 82% of buyers already know their target region, while Taylor Wimpey España’s buyers show an overwhelming preference for that region being the Costa del Sol (at 82% of all Britons who purchase homes from the firm). 63% of all Taylor Wimpey España’s British buyers also show a preference for properties on or close to golf courses, with properties near the beach also proving popular.
