The old adage of ‘location, location, location’, really is key especially in a market where sadly, some regions are suffering from oversupply in the less desirable areas. Taylor Wimpey de España are already seeing an uplift in the market with increases in enquiries and off plan purchases. A Marbella development launched last April is already 65% sold with all properties expected to be reserved by June 2011 ready for completion in July.
